Today I made a little pizza for myself with applesauce, grapes and sharp cheddar cheese. Quite tasty, if I do say so myself. I've heard tell of people at county fairs eating apple pie and cheddar cheese, now I know why. They go together nicely. I only used a spoon of apple sauce, I could have used a tad more. And I should mention that grapes on pizza are NUCLEAR hot, maybe if I'd cut them it'd be different. But I think this goes in the win column, with a possibility of showing up in a future dinner menu. Carnival Night?
